No Tea No Shade Just Pink Lemonade Jell-O-Shots

I recently got my life twice at the Beyonce Formation Tour. Me and my girl squad pre-gamed with what else...Lemonade Cocktails duh (in my Karen from Mean Girls vc)! I'm still on a " Lemonade " high and since one of my favorite saying's is "No Tea No Shade No Pink Lemonade" I was inspired to make what I refer to as No Tea No Shade Just Pink Lemonade JELL-O-Shots *giggles*. They are super cute and the perfect lil' shot for any BBQ (hello July 4th), girls night out or just cuz. You can just toss the "cup" in the trash so clean up is a breeze too. Keep reading to find out how to make yours...

The Necessities:

5-10 Lemons

1 Package of Strawberry JELL-O 

1 C Chilled Svedka Strawberry Lemonade Vodka

1 C Lemonade (I used Wawa Strawberry Lemonade)

Cupcake Tin 

Let's Make It Happen:

Start with clean dry lemons, cut them in half and scoop out the insides with a spoon, be careful not to puncture the rind. Set lemon halves on top of cupcake tin and set aside. Pour the lemonade into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add JELL-O to a bowl and stir in boiling water continue to stir for two minutes until it is completely dissolved. 

Now stir in the vodka, next transfer into a measuring cup or container with spout. Pour into each of the lemon halves until they are filled up. Refrigerate to set about 4 hours or overnight. Cut the lemons in half, serve and enjoy.
